10 Tips for skinny girls to gain healthy weight.

So guys Y&H fitness is back with its another fitness and this time the article is specially for those skinny girls who go through hard time in gaining quality weight.
Now let us come to know what is healthy weight gain “Healthy weight gain means the gain in the weight of the body in the form of muscles rather than fat”. So girls remember one thing always try to gain weight by gaining quality muscles rather than fat.
So now not wasting much time 10 tips for skinny girls to gain healthy weight are:-

1) Just add 500 more calories a day in the total calorie you take per day in order to gain quality weight.
2) The calories you are consuming must come from complex carbs, proteins and good fats.
3) Since most of the calories for weight gain come from carbohydrates and fats, do not replace them with protein.
4) The maximun proportion of your daily diet comes from complex carbs which includes multigrain bread,rice,oats,pastas etc.
5) The protein sources of your diet comes from lentils, beans,cheese,soyabean,tofu, chicken and eggs for non veg users.
6) The good fats sources of your diet comes from all forms of nuts,avocados,flaxseed,primrose,olives,fish is best for non veg users.
7) Consume Snacks in the evening but snacks should be of high calorie such as milk shakes, yogurt, high carbohydrate food- banana etc.
8) Go to the gym for 5 days a week maximum and try to workout just for 30-45 mins do not exceed over that limit.
9) Avoid cardio and try to lift weights.
10) Drink water which is adequate to you and avoid drinking water before and after 10 mins of the meals.
