1) Chin Ups:

The best and the first exercise to make you stronger is chin ups. Chin ups involve your every upper body muscles thus making your muscles stronger and grip firmer.
Though it is quite challenging to do chin-ups correctly in the beginning but regular practice will make it possible.

2) Parallel Bar Dips:
The second exercise is very well known for its benefits in the major muscle groups such as Pectorals, Deltoids, Traps, Triceps, Forearms. So involving all these muscles at a time makes the exercise valuable in burning calories and building muscular strength.

So guys try these exercise on regular basis do 4 sets of each exercise with 30sec-1 min of rest between sets. Reps depend upon your practice and strength so it gradually increases with time. ‘Just focus on form, not Reps’. And you will see the difference in your strength and muscle mass.
